Role Summary:
We are hiring a high-performing Finance Manager to lead FP&A activities for TechUniversal Ventures at the Group level. This role involves financial modelling, budgeting, P&L ownership, forecasting, and investor-ready reporting. You will work closely with finance teams at portfolio companies—including private and publicly listed entities—to consolidate performance, build dashboards, and deliver actionable financial insights for strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain financial models across the group and portfolio companies
- Prepare group-level and entity-level P&L statements, budgets, and variance analyses
- Lead quarterly forecasting processes and scenario planning
- Work closely with portfolio teams to track business unit performance and surface financial insights
- Prepare investor-ready reports, dashboards, and valuation summaries
- Support investment analysis, deal tracking, and post-deployment financial reviews
- Consolidate topline and bottom-line metrics from all operating entities into decision useful formats
- Identify risks in portfolio accounting practices and suggest corrective controls
- Assist in preparing data packs for fundraising, board reviews, and due diligence
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Finance, MBA (Finance) is mandatory
- Experience in working with public listed companies is mandatory
- 2-3 years of experience in investment banking (technology sector) is preferred
- Overall 5-7 years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance is preferred
- Exposure to working with companies across geographies is preferred
